The mission of the Majority Minority Foundation is to:

• Educate the community on issues that impact their lives.
• Work in the community where we can contribute to the development.
• Train the next generation of leaders to solve the problems of the new millennium
   with a sustainable solutions-based approach.

The Majority Minority Foundation will accomplish our mission by building networks of
Economic, Cultural, and Political leaders within the community who share in our
mission and values.

The Majority Minority Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable and
educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue
Code (“IRC”) as now in force or hereafter amended, including, for such purposes, the
making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under
IRC § 501(c)(3).
